Feel It for Yourself

All of You
Allure. Meditation Series
This meditation is inspired by how easily we become disconnected from our wholeness—how we’ve been taught to see ourselves in fragments. We’re led to believe there are “good” parts we can show the world and “bad” parts we must hide, both from others and from ourselves.
But shame only deepens this separation. The more we reject these so-called “bad” parts, the more splintered we become. Yet, when we turn toward them with curiosity instead of fear, an immense healing unfolds. We begin to integrate, to see all of who we are—the beautiful, the messy, and everything in between.
And in that space, something shifts. We start to witness the beauty in it all. We soften toward our imperfections. We realize that nothing within us is inherently wrong. In fact, we might even begin to play in this mysterious realm—to explore our hidden edges, to give ourselves permission to express the fullness of who we are.
With tenderness, we can navigate the fine line between healthy and unhealthy expressions of these parts, holding them without shame. Because none of it makes us “bad.” We have always been whole.
So, as you sink into this meditation, allow yourself to explore freely. To meet every part of yourself with openness, without judgment. If it feels edgy, if resistance arises, know that you are not alone. Hold yourself gently.
Relax. Be curious. Let go of the illusion of “good” and “perfect.” You are whole. You always have been.

Journal Prompts:
Which parts of you are you hiding? If you could be completely honest with yourself, which parts are calling you to explore them? The sensual? The rebellious? The bold?
What are the stories that have been passed down to you about who you are and what parts of yourself you should show the world, and what you should hide away?
What is one step that you could take toward exploring some of your ‘imperfect’ parts? Could you give your exiled parts permission to exist a little bit more?
